In advance of
your plan's renewal date, we will present you with options from your
current carrier as well as from other providers so that you may
determine the most cost-effective way to proceed for the upcoming
year.

Periodically
we will check with you to be sure you are comfortable with the
benefits you have through us. We will make every effort to assure that
the provider covering you and / or your group is giving you the same
level of service you can expect from us.
- We will
provide you and your company with employee educational meetings
regarding your benefits so that all of your employees completely
understand the coverage with which your company is providing them. We
will do this at your discretion, and will make every effort to do it
at your convenience.

When you call
our office, expect to have a response to your question within 24
hours. If you call for a specific individual who is not available at
the time, we expect to return your call by the end of that business
day or the following morning if circumstances (i.e. our access to a
telephone) prevent us from getting back to you that day.

We will assist
in expediting and/ or mediating any claims or service issues that may
arise with your provider.

act on your behalf and in your best interest in dealing with any
organization providing your benefits.
